1982The beginning
Değirmen Patisseries opened its first doors in Fenerbahçe in 1982.
Ever since, we have preserved the foundations of patisserie craft: choosing fine ingredients, caring for every stage of production and welcoming each guest sincerely. We answer changing tastes with new flavours without leaving our tradition behind.
